1. The Service

Get Jobs Faster AI ("the Service") is a career campaign management service operated by Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited, registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE.

The Service provides: professional CV and LinkedIn profile positioning, employer targeting and decision-maker research, structured outreach execution, and campaign reporting. These are advisory and campaign management services. We are not an employment agency and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. Packages and Pricing

Starter Strategy ($299 USD — one-time): CV rewrite, LinkedIn profile rebuild, search rank optimisation, employer shortlist with decision-maker identification. Delivered within 5 business days.

Full Campaign ($549 USD/month): Everything in Starter Strategy plus LinkedIn networking support, structured email outreach, employer targeting via Sales Navigator, and 72-hour WhatsApp updates. Monthly, cancel when your search concludes.

Elite Campaign ($999 USD/month): Full Campaign for Director/C-suite level. 200+ employer targets, CV tailored per company, weekly strategy call, global multi-market execution.

All prices are in USD. UAE clients may pay in AED at the equivalent rate. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by CCAvenue, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We accept Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit). By submitting payment, you authorise the charge for the selected package.

Monthly packages are charged per cycle. You may cancel by notifying us via WhatsApp before your next billing date.

5. Refund Policy

We strongly recommend messaging us on WhatsApp before purchasing. We will give you an honest assessment of whether the service is suited to your situation. If we don't believe we can add meaningful value, we will tell you before you pay.

6. Client Obligations

To enable us to deliver the campaign, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your background, target role, and career goals
• Grant access to your LinkedIn profile for outreach purposes where required
• Respond to our team within 24 hours of key campaign milestones
• Not simultaneously engage another career outreach service targeting the same employers

7. Intellectual Property

All campaign strategies, outreach templates, and methodologies we create remain the intellectual property of Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited. CV content and LinkedIn copy written specifically for you belongs to you upon delivery.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share client details, CV content, or campaign data with any third parties other than those described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant package. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of income claims.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
